Access to and use of the 4Tomorrow website as well as online products and services available are subject to the following terms of use.

Introduction
1. This Website can be accessed at www.4tomorrow.co.za
2. These Website Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”) govern the ordering, sale and delivery of Goods, and the use of the Website.
3. These Terms of Use are binding and enforceable against every person that accesses or uses this Website.
4. The Website enables you to shop online for an extensive range of Goods including Health care, Nutrition, Home care, and Personal care products.
Important Notice
1. These Terms of Use apply to users who are consumers for purposes of the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 (the “CPA”).
2. If there is any provision in these Terms of Use that you do not understand, it is your responsibility to ask 4Tomorrow to explain it to you before you accept the Terms of Use or continue using the Website.
3. Nothing in these Terms of Use is intended to unlawfully restrict, limit, or avoid any right or obligation created for either you or 4Tomorrow in terms of the CPA.
4. 4Tomorrow permits the use of this Website subject to the Terms of Use. By using this Website in any way, you shall be deemed to have accepted all the Terms of Use unconditionally. You must not use this Website if you do not agree to the Terms of Use.
Detailed description of Goods and/or services
4Tomorrow is an Independent Distributor of NeoLife International which is a company in the Direct Selling Industry that sells Nutrition, Health care, Home care and Personal care products and Business sales aids.
Use of the Website
1. By using the Website, you warrant that you are 18 (eighteen) years of age or older and of full legal capacity. If you are under the age of 18 (eighteen) or if you are not legally permitted to enter into a binding agreement, then you may use the Website only with the involvement and supervision of your parent or legal guardian. If your parent or legal guardian supervises you and gives his/her consent, then such person agrees to be bound to these Terms of Use, and to be liable and responsible for you and all your obligations under these Terms of Use.
2. You agree that you will not in any way use any device, software, or other instrument to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Website. In addition, you agree that you will not in any way use any robot, spider, other automatic device, or manual process to monitor, copy, distribute, or modify the Website or the information contained therein, without the prior written consent from an authorised 4Tomorrow representative (such consent is deemed given for standard search engine technology employed by Internet search websites to direct Internet users to this Website).
3. You may not use the Website to distribute material, which is defamatory, offensive, contains or amounts to hate speech, or is otherwise unlawful.
4. You may not in any way display, publish, copy, print, post, or otherwise use the Website and/or the information contained therein without the express prior written consent of an authorised 4Tomorrow representative.
Conclusion of sales and availability of stock
1. Customers may place orders for Goods and 4Tomorrow accepts an order depending on the availability of Goods and receipt of payment or payment authorisation. Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within one day and delivery confirmed by way of SMS or email.
2. Regardless of any communication from 4Tomorrow stating that your order or payment has been confirmed, 4 Tomorrow may indicate the rejection of your order due to non-availability of Goods by cancelling it as soon as possible, thereafter, refunding you for any amount already paid, or asking you to choose another available product.
3. Prior to delivery or your collection of the Goods, you may cancel an order at any time, provided you do so before receiving a dispatch or delivery notice. After delivery or your collection of the Goods, you may return the Goods only in accordance with the Returns Policy and will be liable for the returned delivery fee.
4. Placing Goods in a shopping basket without completing the purchase cycle does not constitute an order for such Goods, and as such, Goods may be removed from the shopping basket if stock is no longer available.
Customer Privacy policy
4Tomorrow shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Export restriction (Optional)The offering on this Website is available to Retail Customers.
Payment
1. We are committed to providing secure online payment facilities. All transactions are encrypted using appropriate encryption technology.
2. Payment may be made via bank transfer into the 4Tomorrow account. You warrant that you are fully authorised to transfer the funds required to place your order and enable shipment of your order.
3. Note we do not accept Diners Club and American Express card services.
Delivery of Goods
1. 4Tomorrow offers the following methods of delivery of Goods to you. You may elect delivery via:
  - Home delivery: A delivery charge of R80 will be automatically added to your order.
  - 4Tomorrow will place your order with NeoLife International which will deliver the Goods to you within 2-4 days, but no later than 7 (seven) days of receipt of your payment. We will notify you if we are unable to deliver the Goods during the Delivery Period. Deliveries in outlying areas could take up to 7 working days for delivery.
  - NeoLife will not deliver outside the borders of the country where Goods were purchased.
  - NeoLife International’s obligation to deliver a product to you is fulfilled when we deliver the product to the physical address nominated by you for delivery of the order. The Customer should sign the waybill and indicate if any items were missing or damaged by informing 4Tomorrow who will inform NeoLife to enable NeoLife to claim the loss from the courier company.
Return and Refunds policy. The provision of Goods and services by NeoLife International is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, NeoLife International will refund the client in full within 3 days. Cancellation of orders by the client before delivery will not attract an administration fee. A Distributor can return the product within 90 days from the order date. NeoLife has a returns Policy. Please refer to the Company Policies and Procedures.
Errors. Should there be errors of any nature on the processing we shall refund you for any amount you have already paid, or otherwise as set out in the Returns or Cancellation Policy.
Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency. The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
Responsibility. 4Tomorrow takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of Goods and services sold on this Website, customer service and support, and dispute resolution.
Variation. 4Tomorrow may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
